Nights in white satin,
Never reaching the end.
Letters I've written,
Never meaning to send.

I wish she could understand. I wish she could forgive me.
Someone has to, right? I definitely cannot forgive myself.
All these riches, this power....I gained by betraying her.

Beauty I'd always missed
With these eyes before,
Just what the truth is,
I can't say anymore.

I see what I did. Hindsight is always perfect.
Unfortunately, it's too late. I didn't realize I loved her then.
I've always loved her. Now, how can she do anything but hate me? I deserve it, I know.
That doesn't keep me from wishing.

'Cause I love you.
Yes, I love you.
Oh, how I love you.

I'm sorry. With all my damned mazoku soul, I regret what I did.

Gazing at people,
Some hand in hand,
Just what I'm going through,
They can't understand.

I envy those who have found their loves. I did not merely lose
mine. I, like a fool, threw her away.

Some try to tell me
Thoughts they cannot defend.
Just what you want to be,
You will be in the end.

She can never forgive me. I know this, more certainly than I've
ever been about anything, aside from my love for her, and my
utter stupidity.

And I love you,
Yes, I love you.
Oh, how I love you.

She will never love me. It is all my fault.

Nights in white satin,
Never reaching the end.
Letters I've written,
Never meaning to send.

My foolish heart is a glutton for punishment. I shall have no
peace, no quiet in my soul (if such a word can be attatched to
my black and bloody ghost), until I try. Perhaps she shall
forgive me? But how dare I even hope for that?

Beauty I've always missed
With these eyes before.
Just what the truth is,
I can't say any more.

Could she, possibly, forgive me? I don't even hope to dream of
her... loving me.

'Cause I love you,
Yes, I love you.
Oh, how I love you.

The graveyard was silent, in the small hours of the morning.
A shadowed figure moved towards a particular tomb, and deposited
an object. The shadow departed as quickly as it had come.
Several hours later, the first rays of the dawn hit a letter,
illuminating the words written on the outside: To Filia.
